We will be opening by appointment on Wednesday to Saturday from the 2nd of July. Appointments are bookable below using our online booking system. There is a £15 deposit against purchases and the appointments will last 20 minutes, a maximum 5 people per appointment. If you would like a completely isolated shopping experience please book a private appointment at £45.   Appointment times are between 10-11am and then again between 3-4pm. Between 11am – 3pm the shop will be open for walk-ins (whilst maintaining just 5 customers in the shop at any one time).

Appointments are bookable below using our online booking system, slots will be opened from 9am on Sunday for the following week.  Additional sessions may be created if there is a demand. Please contact us if you are having issues with booking, or have any questions.

All we ask is that you spend a minimum of £15 per person which we will take as a deposit in advance, arrive 5 minutes in advance and maintain 2m distancing and minimal contact throughout. If you require longer than 20 minutes, please book 2 back to back appointments but the minimum spend will be £30 and we may ask you to take a break as we reset the shop between customers.

Safety Precautions …

  • Only one member of our team in the shop per floor per session
  • Team members will remain behind the counter to give you more room to move around but will be available to answer questions & find additional stock.
  • 10 minutes to clean and reset between appointments
  • Staff will be wearing gloves and masks
  • A Screen will be put in place at the till point
  • You may be asked to pay outside

All we ask …

  • 1 person per appointment only, no children allowed
  • You maintain 2m social distancing and respect the other 2 people in the shop during the slot.
  • You keep to your 20 minute slot and complete your purchases within this time frame.
  • You arrive and wait outside 5 minutes in advance.
  • You observe minimal touching of items and ask for assistance on pricing if unclear
