At check out you will be provided with several delivery options, select depending on the urgency of your order
FREE DELIVERY on orders over £50
- UK MAINLAND DELIVERY SPEND £50 in total to get FREE DELIVERY includes ALL FURNITURE
- All Qualifying Orders will be sent on our STANDARD DELIVERY service
- Furniture will be sent via our Furniture Delivery service, see below
STANDARD DELIVERY - £4.50
All orders will automatically be sent on this service, if you are not in a hurry this is the most cost-effective option.
FAST DELIVERY - £6.00
This service arrives quicker than our standard delivery but is not gauranteed
- Delivery costs £6.00 and usually takes 2-3 working days
- May require a signature or Proof of Delivery
- Parcels are sent Royal Mail Signed, Hermes or Parcelforce depending on the package size and urgency
- You will receive a despatch email when your goods leave us this will be within 1 working day, your package will then usually be with you within 1-2 working days
- Your tracking details will be on your email or you will be sent a email from the courier
NEXT DAY DELIVERY - Next Working Day Tracked £9
If you would like your item ASAP, this is for you just place your order by 12pm and we will dispatch to you for the next working day
- Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery - Orders received by 12pm
- Delivery costs £9.00 and has a guaranteed 1-2 working day lead time
- Sent By Parcel Force 24hr
- Will require a signature or proof of delivery
- You will receive a despatch email when your goods leave us this will be within 1 working day of your order, your package will then be with you within 24hrs
- Your Parcel tracking details will be on your email or you will receive a email direct from the courier to track your parcel
- Please be aware orders placed on weekend and bank holidays will be collected on the next working day (Mon-Fri) from your order and delivered the next day
- NEXT DAY DELIVERY excludes Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE)

FURNITURE DELIVERY – UK Mainland Only
Not all our Furniture is kept on site so can take up to 10 days for Delivery.
- Aim to Dispatch within 7-10 working days
- We will email or call you to arrange a delivery day where you will be at home and can take delivery
- A despatch email will be sent when the item is dispatched by our partners
- Smaller Items are sent by courier and will beTracked & Signed For
- Larger Items will be delivered kerbside by Palletways, we will advise, but you will need to ensure you can move the item inside without assistance
- Regular e-mail updates will be provided
- Furniture is currently only available FREE in the UK Mainland
- European Delivery may be available, please ask for a quote outside of the UK
- Delivery flat cost of £12.50
- Delivery Time: Europe:4-6 working days Worldwide: 6-8 working days
- Will require a signature
- Restrictions: Max Weight 2kg, Small Parcels Only maximum item length 50cm, additional costs may be necessary if parcel exceeds size or weight limits. We will contact you to request payment if this is the case.
